Purchasers of this unit were pretty much unanimous in their reviews of the quietness of this unit.  Some stating it was the quietest air compressor they had ever used.  One reviewer who lives in an apartment felt no hesitation of running the air compressor inside her apartment.  Another spoke of its volume as being close to a normal speaking voice.  And yet one other reviewer was pleasantly surprised when his wife didn’t ask him to turn it off as had happened in the past with other portable air compressors. He even stated “The air makes more noise than the compressor.” One customer was so thrilled with the quietness of the unit that he stated after purchasing one for working in his lab, he found it to be so quiet he was going to buy one for his home as well

The GMC Syclone 6310 received very good reviews on its power and ability to tackle a wide variety of jobs and yet be small enough that it was portable and easily taken to different locations when the need arose.  One reviewer stated “It is medium-small so you can take it with you without to much trouble.”

All the hardware appears to be good solid quality too; it does not give the impression of cheapness. Also included is a 2nd air gauge that tells you what the pressure is in the air tank itself.”  This same commentator had owned five different air compressors in the past and felt the Syclone 6310 was the most helpful of them all.

In conclusion, the GMC Syclone 6310 portable air compressors were a big hit with the people who purchased and reviewed this product regardless if it’s not cute and pretty.
